Burglary complaint leads to burglary and endangering the welfare of a child arrest
On Sunday November 4, 2012, following a burglary investigation, the NY State Police arrested SARA R LEARN, 26, of Wirt, NY, for six (6) counts each of Burglary in the second degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. LEARN was processed and arraigned in the T/Wirt Court and remanded to the Allegany County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash $10,000 bond.
A return date was set for December 19, 2012 in the T/Wirt Court.
