Two women were hurt in a two vehicle accident at 12:30 PM on Sunday, November 18, 2012 when one of the vehicles slid on an ice covered roadway east of Denton Hill on Route 6 and slammed into an oncoming vehicle.
Kimberly Payne, 25, of 2148 Haskell Road, Olean, NY, was seriously injured and flown by helicopter from the scene.
UPDATE 11-22-2012:
- Thank you all so much for your prayers and concern. Kim is still in a coma, and has brain trauma, major damage to her carotid arteries, and a broken pelvic bone. We won't know how bad the brain injuries are until she wakes up. She is a tough lady and the fact that she is young is good but she still has a long way to go. She still needs all of your prayers. Cards can be sent to Lehigh Valley Hospital in Allentown PA. I think you can send a card directly through their website (no flowers at this time please) I'll continue to keep you guys updated. Thanks

she's going to be alright! she's just resting right now her body know's what she needs.. Prayers I'm sending it just takes time... may God be with her.
