3 Busted For Meth Lab In Town Of Alma

Three arrested for Town of Alma Meth Lab

The Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force and the NYSP Community Narcotics Enforcement Team along with SP Amity BCI & Uniform personnel conducted a joint investigation into the manufacture of methamphetamine. The investigation resulted in a search warrant being executed at the residence of Matthew Norman 4823 Byrne Rd. in the town of Alma, Allegany County by members of the NYSP Special Operation Response Team (SORT) and the Contaminated Crime Scene Emergency Response Team (CCSERT). Laboratory equipment and materials used in the manufacture of methamphetamine were found at the scene along with a quantity of suspected methamphetamine.

The following subjects were arrested for Unlawful Manufacture of Methamphetamine in the 3rd degree (a Class D Felony ) and Unlawful Disposal of Methamphetamine Laboratory Material.(a Class E Felony)

Matthew C. Norman, 26, of Wellsville, NY

Cassondra R. Greene, 21, of Andover, NY

All three were arraigned in Town of Wellsville Court and committed to the Allegany County Jail on $25.000 bail.

The investigation is still continuing and additional charges may be pending. Allegany County District Attorney Keith Slep monitored the case.

25000.00.....these pukes probably got that much last week in sales.This group has been in this business for quite some time now.Kudos to the STRDTF...maybe some parents in wellsville and surrounding areas can sleep better...for the time being anyways

I read that this is the 9th meth lab to get busted in Allegheny county this year. The war on drugs did a good job of getting LSD off the streets so meth replaced it and now we have meth labs all over our neighborhoods.
