Armed Break-In's In Bath, Three Suspects Apprehended

BATH, NY - Bath Police Chief David Rouse reports that there were two armed break-in's, in the Village of Bath. 

The police chief says Derek Storms, 25, of Wellsville, Jordan Guerin, 18, of Bath, and Shelia Gay, 23, of Bath, are all accused of two counts of conspiracy in the 4th degree and two counts of attempted robbery in the 1st degree.

Police Chief Rouse also reports that a 39 year old woman was assaulted in the head, and that a 31 year old man had to jump out of a second floor window in order to avoid a confrontation with intruders, causing the man to cut his hand. Both were treated and released from a local hospital.  Read more...
