Domestic Incident Leads to Drug Arrest
On Wednesday December 19, 2012, State Police Amity responded to a domestic dispute in the Town of Bolivar and arrested DAVID L. ROBINSON 58, of Bolivar, NY for one count of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, one count of Criminal Possession of Stolen Property, one count of Criminal Trespass and one count of Petit Larceny.
ROBINSON was processed and arraigned before the Town of Bolivar Court and was released to return to court on January 2, 2013.
