Ok he should not have been moving if anyone was out of their seat. I grew up around bus drivers and they didn't move until all kids were seated. And made sure everyone was clear of the door luckily the girl didn't get run over. So glad she will make a full physical recovery.
I drove school bus for a time and I can honestly tell you that no matter how careful you are trying to be there are things that happen. I am sure there isn't one thing that could be said to this driver to make him feel worse than he already feels. Thankfully this young girl was not more severely injured. This is a community news site, not a forum for judgement. I will have but ONE judge.
Brought tears to my eyes just imagining how much worse this could have been. Thank God she broke loose, and rolled AWAY from the road. So scary. Makes me mad too, and I'm not sure if that is right or not, but that is how I'm feeling zt this moment.
