Bradley V. Maxson
Bradley V. Maxson, 67, of Shinglehouse, PA, formerly of Olean, NY and Pittsburgh, passed away in his home Monday, December 24, 2012.
Born November 20, 1945, in Olean, he was a son of Clair and Ina Laura Jarrett Maxson.
Mr. Maxson was a graduate of Oswayo Valley High School in Shinglehouse and obtained his master’s degree from Alfred University. He was employed as a blacktop estimator for Protech Asphalt in Pittsburgh.
He was a member of the Living Waters Church in Olean. He enjoyed traveling, playing cards, and especially spending time with his family.
Surviving are a brother, Kenneth (Phyllis) Maxson of West Clarksville, NY; a sister, Jane Stebbins of Florida; and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Maxson was predeceased by a brother, Erie Maxson; and a sister, Beverly Gross Worden.
In keeping with Brad’s wishes, there will be no funeral services.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Living Waters Church, 3036 West State Street, Olean, NY 14760.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Virgil L. Howard Funeral Home, Shinglehouse, PA.
