C&N Trust Division Contributes to Seeds of Hope

Seeds Of Hope

WELLSBORO, PA – Seeds of Hope, a volunteer organization that assists Tioga County families in crisis, has received a $500 donation from the C&N Trust and Financial Management Group. The donation was one of five made by the Group as its holiday gift to its clients. Contributions are made to non-profit organizations in each region the Group serves.

Seeds of Hope is a ministry of area churches and other individuals working in partnership with the Tioga County Department

of Human Services. The organization accepts referrals from Human Services, then volunteers to provide resources, do home repairs and mentor. Volunteers have winterized homes, built furniture, made needed home repairs, provided food, clothing and bedding, assisted families in finding a home, met emergency needs of families in crisis and more.

The ministry is always in need of volunteers. Anyone interested in volunteering can call Seeds of Hope at 570-835-5169 or 570-724-5766. More information is also available on the charity’s website: www.seedsofhopepartners.org.
