Webster, NY: December 28, 2012 at age 70. 

Chuck is survived by his wife of 36 years, Joanne; son Derrick (Colleen); daughter, Elizabeth Randolph-Milot; grandchildren, Ava Randolph, John Milot, and Tiffany (Josh) Pescini; great-grandchild, Cohen Pescini; 3 brothers Robert, Edward (Dorothy) and George (Rosemary). Chuck also leaves behind Dennis Setzer (Cindy Forsythe), John (Tammy) Setzer, Sandra (Randy) Schwab, Gregory Setzer, Kathy (Jeffrey) Mills and Jeff (Laurel) Setzer; many nieces, nephews and friends. 

Chuck was well known and respected for his 60 years in food service at the Erie County Fair. He was also known in the local area as "the Flower Guy".

Friends may call at Jennings, Nulton & Mattle Funeral Home, 1704 Penfield Rd., Tuesday 4-7 PM. Chuck's Funeral Mass will be celebrated Wednesday 10 AM at St. Joseph's Church, 43 Gebhardt Rd., Penfield.
