Don't call Pa. state police for road conditions

Pennsylvania State Police in Mansfield remind residents not to call state police for road conditions during winter storms.

Instead, call PennDOT at (800) 349-7623 or, for local information, call the Tioga County, Pa., office at (570) 724-4142.
