An Austin driver was wearing a seat belt and was not injured when the 2007 Toyota he was driving went off the roadway and struck a parked trailer in West Branch Township on Saturday morning at 2:19 PM.
Christopher L. Deitrick, 21, of Austin, PA, was traveling southbound on West Branch Road too fast for snow covered road conditions, troopers say, and exited the roadway to the west side, struck a trailer head on located on the west side of the road.
Trooper Derek Weaver said Deitrick was wearing his seat belt and was not injured in the crash.Citations were issued for Driving Vehicle At Safe Speed, Driving on Roadways Laned For Traffic, and Required Financial Responsibility.

Yeah lets not blame the state for not taken care of the roadways lets blame the driver even if they were going 20 mph and wrecked they would be cited for something imagine that.
