"Bobby and Vicki Sherwood of Ulysses PA announce the engagement of their daughter, Lindsey Sherwood to Randy Billings of Wellsville NY.
Lindsey attended Northern Potter High School graduating in 2009 and is attending Seton Hill University in Greensburg PA. Lindsey will graduate in May of 2013 with her Bachelors in Psychology, Business Entrepreneur Skills and a degree in History.
Randy Billings the son of Helen Finch and Randy Billings both of Wellsville NY attended Wellsville High School and is a rig manager at Nomac Drilling.
The couple are planning a July 13, 2013 wedding."
