Louise E. Dudick, 82, of 43 Lafayette Ave., Lewis Run, PA

Louise E. Dudick, 82, of 43 Lafayette Ave., Lewis Run, passed away Saturday, December 1, 2012 peacefully, at her residence, surrounded by her loving family.

Born July 8, 1930 in Bradford she was a daughter of the late Sylvio A. and Angelina (Vecellio) Vecellio. She was a 1948 graduate of Bradford High School.

On May 24, 1952 in Our Mother of Perpetual Help Church she married Edward C. Dudick, who died on January 22, 1999. They were the first couple married in the new church.

She was employed at McCourt Label Company for 27 years retiring in 1997. She was member of Our Mother of Perpetual Help Church.

Surviving are two daughters, Sally (the late Wilhelm) Potkovick, of Bradford, and Marcia (Pete) Lindstrom, of Bradford, one son, Stephen (Barb Freiheit) Dudick, of Bradford, three grandchildren: Peri Potkovick, Jessica Potkovick, and Nicole Potkovick, two sisters, Lena Cary, of Lewis Run and Nellie Vecellio, of Lewis Run, two brothers, Leo Vecellio, of Derrick City and James Vecellio of Warren, and several nieces and nephews. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and one brother Henry "Hank" Vecellio.

At the family's request there will be no visitation. Friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00am on Wednesday December 5, 2012 in Our Mother of Perpetual Help Church with Rev. Stephen Collins, pastor as Celebrant officiating. Burial will be in St. Bernard Cemetery. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Hollenbeck-Cahill Funeral Homes Inc.
