Troopers charged a Lafayette Township man with Simple Assault and Harassment after an altercation at a residence on Woodpile Drive in Lafayette Township at 1:30 Saturday morning.
Travis A. Bernhard, 27, returned home from drinking and engaged a 28 year old female victim in a physical altercation. The woman suffered a small cut below her nose.
Bernhard was arrested by Trooper Roger L. McCloskey and arraigned before District Judge Richard W. Luther who released the man on $10,000. unsecured bail.
