My daughter found a black lab

My daughter found a black lab like dog by the Main Street bridge in Coudersport tonight. She took it to the borough police office on southwest street. She thinks it is about 1 yr old, it did not have a collar but an impression of one.

The dog has been reunited with her owners. Thanks,
