REALLY? And, WHAT, pray-tell, do you plan on doing with your budget? Because Bradford sure doesn't look any more appealing to the outsider looking in. In fact, I don't even go downtown if I don't have to. I was verbally accosted by some idiot right in broad daylight at the ATM in front of PNC Bank, because it took too long for my receipt to print! And, forget about after dark. Too many druggies and meth-heads roaming around. And, the cops don't do a damned thing. Funny, they have 5 patrol cars parked at their station at any given time of the day, sometimes up to as many as seven, but they can't seem to do their damned jobs.
