State Police investigated a one vehicle crash on Route 449 in Ulysses Township on December 22, 2012 at 5:00 AM.
Trooper Mark VanVolkenburg said the vehicle was traveling south on Route 449, negotiating a left hand curve when it left the roadway to the west, traveled about 30 feet through a pull off area and struck a tree with the front passenger side of the vehicle.
It was discovered there was no insurance on the vehicle at the time of the crash. Operator 1 was cited for PA VC 1786 f in District Court 55-4-03, reference citation T1266655-6.
Police did not list the name of the driver who apparently was not injured in the crash.
