A Coudersport teen will be charged with underage drinking after State Police found him walking north under the influence of alcohol on Route 872 in the Jenkins Hill area of Eulalia Township on Wednesday at 11:35 PM.
Justin Barentine, 19, of 2048 Dividing Ridge Road, Coudersport, PA, will be cited by Trooper Bryan Uhl in District Court.

This young man made the smart decision to walk, as ooposed to getting behind the wheel of a car. Too bad he still got in trouble..that's too bad.
The smart decision would have been NOT to drink alcohol. He has a history of this and obviously has not learn a lesson yet.
