Police Say Woman Fatally Shot by Ex Husband In Coudersport Church

Police Acknowledge Shooting In Coudersport
State Police at Coudersport have sent an information release on the shooting this morning at the First United Presbyterian Church, Main & 4th Street in Coudersport, PA  at 11:22 AM.

Trooper David A. Surra said PSP at Coudersport is investigating a homicide which occurred at the church. A 52 year old male suspect entered the church and fatally shot a 53 year old female victim. The suspect and the victim were divorced. No other individuals were injured during the incident.

Additional information will be provided as it becomes available.

Black Forest Broadcasting has identified the persons involved and reported that the suspect is in custody.

This is so sad,not only forthe kids from Coudy but all the kids in Northern Potter tolose a teacher.Something went very,very wrong here. Prayers to all involved ane all who witnessed this tragedy.
