The Athletics Director from Claireton wanted the Gator cheerleaders to take down the Dildine Power banner because they thought it was obsene or some kind of insult. But we refused. Go Gators!
Gators playing pretty good defense but have not been able to move the ball too well especially on the ground. Still its only 2 touchdowns to 1 touchdown at halftime. You never know. Remember that the power banner has never once failed the Gators. Never.
Maybe they thought it was stupid. They were right! It's not even original since it was originated in Coudy.
end of third quarter, 31-6
31-6 clarition... come on gators....
Now it is 37-6 in favor of Clairton. I think your banner magic has come to an end. Great season for Port Allegany.
Great season gators! You should be proud of your accomplishments!
To all the players, coaches and support staff you have nothing to be ashamed of. Clairton is on a mission. Congratulations on a helluva season.
What is a dildine?
Its whatever you want it to be.
Congrats to the Port Gators for an awesome season!!! You have made this little area proud!!
those boys should be damned proud of what they have done
Congrats on a great season, Its nice to see local kids do so well. A Coudy Falcon Fan.
What a thrilling season. Your fans traveled over three hours to their backyard and outnumbered them 4 to 1. Their fans displayed ignorance and arrogance and yours displayed pride, passion, and dignity. Their fans watched their team win the game and yours watched an amazing group of kids win the hearts of a very large community. You are an amazing group of teenagers that impacted the lives of many and did so with the conviction that no other team in the entire state can come close to. We love everyone of you. Thanks for the memories and lessons.
must be Clariton was to much for the Gators to handle, after reading there stats, i was certain Port wouldn't win this battle, but Good job Gators, defaintly the top team in this area!
great job, Gators!
Terrish Webb is a beast!

GREAT JOB GATORS....AN AWESOME SEASON AND ONE TO BE PROUD OF....
Great season Gators. You had people pulling for you from the entire area. Those who rarely even follow football, espically. You can be proud. And just shows also that a small town has so much more respect than the Big City !! (One more thing< Dildine, stupidest word in the nation. So tired of it. I wish it would go away. And one post was right. It's a Coudy thing.)
Not saying which one!One of our current Potter Co.commisioners started using the word frequently about fifteen to twenty years ago! They encouraged its use and has spread like wildfire since. This is not opininion as I'm simply stating fact. Now you know where it originated!
Great season for the Gator Football team. As a parent of a Senior, I am proud of being a part of the team moms and a member of the community,
I had the honor of sitting by some Bradford residents at the last game we played at Bradford and those people were Gator fans too. Those Boys of the fall touched more people and communities than they know.
Thanks for the memories and the Honor of being a GATOR!!
Good job Gators. If the hard work you put into the football season carries into the rest of your future it will be a great contribution to society. Also, Port Allegany fan base is the classiest I have ever seen in all my years. Clairton Bears fan.
