Richard G. Linden, Sr., 59, of Coudersport, PA, died Saturday, December 15, 2012 at his home surrounded by his family.
Born on January 11, 1953 in Glen Cove, NY, he was the son of George W. Linden, Jr. and Nellie May Moore. On October 20, 2012 he married Kimberly Henton Linden who survives.
Mr. Linden was a graduate of Smithtown Central High School of New York. He had been employed at Morgan AM and T of Coudersport for 38 years. He enjoyed watching football, playing on the computer, and loved being with his grandchildren.
Surviving in addition to his wife and mother, of Coudersport, his son Richard G. Linden, Jr. of Coudersport, two daughters, Heather French and her husband, Dillion, and Lorraine Ayers and her husband, Francis, all of Coudersport, step-daughter, Nichole Crosby of Charlotte, NC, step-sons, Shawn Griffith and Chase Fuller of Coudersport, seven grandchildren, three brothers, Russell W. Linden, and Ronald W. Linden and his wife Jean, of Coudersport, and Randy Linden of Berwick, PA, and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, George W. Linden, Jr., who died on September 4, 2005.
Friends are invited to attend a memorial service to be held at 11:00am, December 22, 2012 at the Gospel Tabernacle Church in Coudersport with the Rev. David Minor, Sr. officiating.
