When Pennsylvania State Police took William Morrisroe, 42, of Rixford, PA, into custody at his workplace on November 26th for alleged domestic violence allegations, he resisted arrest.
Trooper Dale T. Vukovich, Jr. said the incident occurred at the lobby of the Unites States Post Office located at 115 Boylston Street in the City of Bradford between 8:30 am and 8:57 am. It was also discovered that he was under the influence of alcohol to a degree that he may have endangered himself or others, especially when resisting arrest.
Troopers filed charges in District Court 48-1-01 for Resisting Arrest(M3); Disorderly Conduct(M3); and Public Drunkenness(S).
