Route 59 CLOSED AT ORMSBY HILL DUE TO HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS

Route 59 CLOSED AT ORMSBY HILL
At 12:20 AM on Friday, Smethport and Hilltoop Fire Depts. have been dispatched to shut down Ormsby Hill on Route 59 at Smethport and at the Rt. 59 and Rt. 646 intersection due to hazardous road conditions.

Numerous roads throughout the area are extremely hazardous with vehicles not able to negotiate the slippery roadways
