Subject found in possession of marijuana at Town of Friendship Court
On Tuesday, December 18, 2012 Trooper Pomeroy arrested JESSE M. WHITESELL, 19, of Rexville, NY, for Unlawful Possession of Marijuana at the Town of Friendship Court. 

WHITESELL came to the court for a Vehicle & Traffic trial and was found to be in possession of a glass smoking device containing marijuana residue and a plastic bag containing marijuana vegetation (less than 25 grams). WHITESELL was released on an Appearance Ticket returnable to the T/Friendship Court on 01/08/12 at 5:00 pm.
