Tina Bretz-Smith Updates On Burn Victims

Dear Friends, & Family,

I'm trying not to post too often, cuz if I did, there would be many tears, and sad faces, and I don't want to put the focus on that. Our girl is holding her own. It's tough, so very tough what she has to endure, and so hard on myself having to see her go through this, and not being able to take it away. However, she is strong! She has our stubborness, and our fight, and she will come out stronger, and better for it! 

 

All of your prayers are so very much appreciated, and I know is what is pulling her through. 

 

Zach also. He is a fighter. Mr. Independent, and that is such a great thing in this situation. 

Great news! Boo walked yesterday!!! They were able to get her out of bed, with many tears, but she did it!!! Walked down the hallway to Zach's room, and back! Made her feel so much better!! :-) 

 

 I told her she looks like a superhero for fighting fire! She is all bandaged up with bulging arms, buttocks, and legs! :-) have to see the humor in all of this. 

I came home last night, and slept way too long. I'm heading back out now to be with my girl. Love you all, and thanks again for the prayers, and words of comfort. It means so much to Boo, Zach, and all of us! God Bless.
