Traffic stop leads to DWI arrest
On Tuesday December 4, 2012, subsequent to a traffic stop on County
Route 18 in the town of Alma, NY State Police Amity Troopers arrested
Dusty N. Green, 30, of Wellsville, NY for Felony DWI and Felony
Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 1st degree.
Green was
arraigned before the Town of Bolivar Court and remanded to the Allegany
County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bail. A return court date was set for
December 5th.
