Troopers charged a Port Allegany man with Criminal Mischief and Disorderly Conduct last Saturday at 2:00 PM after he was involved in a disapute with his mother.
Zachary Snyder, 20, of Port Allegany, PA, was charged by Trooper Andrew R. Brothers after he allegedly threw a pair of boots at Kelli Snyder, 43, of 344 North Brooklynside Road, Port Allegany, PA, and onto the victim's roof. Zachary then damaged the front screen door of the residence by kicking it multiple times.

What exactly qualifies him as a "good person" ??? All bad people make bad choices. That's what makes them bad. Until they change their ways and become considerate, respectful, productive members of society they won't be viewed as anything but a nuisance. Stop making excuses. Kudos to his mother for not enabling him !
