Ulysses Woman Cited For Underage Drinking

After a call to assist Galeton EMS with a medical call at the intersection of West Branch Road and Notch Road in West Branch Township on December 15, 2012 at 5:00 AM, troopers cited Sarah Monroe, 20, of Ulysses, PA with Underage Drinking.
