Used Modern Natural Gas Space Heater Needed

Gas Heater Needed
We're looking for a used modern natural gas space heater that vents to a chimney for an apartment in the Bolivar area.
585-506-7162. Must be able to be approved by gas company.
Looking for about 30,000 btu. Limited space.

Bolivar apartment for rent. Needs handyman. Some cleanup necessary.

I have an EMPIRE Model RH-65-1, 65,000BTU vented visual flame room heater, and Blower unit - Natural Gas.
Worked perfect when I removed it for a wood stove. I have all the paperwork/manuals from when it was purchased.
