V&T STOP LEADS TO DWI & MARIHUANA ARREST
NY State Police Amity arrested GREGORY S. FAULRING 47, of Belfast for Driving While Intoxicated and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. All subsequent to V&T stop on Charles St in the town of Belfast. FAULRING refused to submit to a breath test and was arraigned before T/Rushford Ct and ROR'd to reappear T/Belfast Court on 12/04/12.
