Tiffany (Burrous) and John Breck from Galeton, Pa are pleased to announce the arrival of Ellie Rose Breck who was born on November 30th at Cole Memorial. Ellie weighted 8lbs. 4 ounces.  She joins her brother Hunter and sister Emma.
