An East Smethport woman was cited for Confinement of Dogs by State Police after an incident on November 29th at 3:30 PM in the area of 17 Allen Street in East Smethport.
Jesse Windsor, 21, of East Smethport was cited for allegedly not keeping a brown Rottweiler/ Pitt Bull mix dog confined with in the premised of the owner. A 17 year old female was listed as the victim.
Widdsor will answer the charge in District Court 48-3-02.

This is completely idiotic. There was no "victim". And my dog is not a rottie pitt, he's pure pitt. Maybe the police around here should start getting all the facts before letting it be plastered all over the internet. This is what happens when people have 911 on speed dial.

6.36 heres the facts for ya dog ran out the door and nowhere near that girl he was 50 yards away being pet by kids there are no leash laws in smethport and has all proper tags 10.29 shove it she didnt break any laws and the dog is completly babied as i said befor its an exfamily fued that mark carlson of smethport wont let go
