Woman Hit In The Face In HarrisonValley

Investigation is ongoing of a Harassment incident on Second Street in the village of Harrison Valley.

 Melissa Elizabeth Hubler of 106 W. Tannery Street, Harrison Valley, PA told Trooper James Culvey that she was struck in the face by a known male last Tuesday at approximately 4:30 PM.
