The passenger vehicle was traveling E bound, at a speed that was more
than prudent given the current road conditions, lost control and
crossed the double yellow line striking the W bound tractor trailer.
Both vehicles needed to be towed from the scene. (Portville Truck-
tractor trailer. Passenger vehicle- Kightlingers) .

the highway and into the ditch and approx. 5' up the embankment. This
action caused damage to his fuel/oil tanks and caused a spill that was
contained by Coudersport Vol. Fire department hazmat technicians.
Portville truck did the cleanup and the driver of the semi refused
medical treatment.
The operator of the passenger vehicle was transported
by CVAA to CCMH where she is listed in stable condition.
Assisted at
the scene by Portville truck, PSP Cdspt, Penn dot, Kightlingers, CVFD
Fire and Rescue/Hazmat . The driver of the passenger vehicle will be
cited for safe speed.
