Boating Advisory Board to Meet on Feb. 7
HARRISBURG,
Pa. (Jan. 31) – The Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission's (PFBC)
Boating Advisory Board will meet at 9 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 7, at the
PFBC headquarters, located at 1601 Elmerton Ave., Harrisburg, Pa. 17110.

Included
on the agenda are updates on the annual Boating Accident Analysis and
Fatality Summary Report and the water rescue program. The board will
also review several proposed amendments to boating regulations regarding
duties of operators involved in boating accidents and unacceptable
boating practices.
Several
topics are scheduled as discussion items, including the fiscal status
of the Boat Fund, the PFBC’s budget spending reallocation plan, and
mandatory boat registration.
The public is invited to the meeting and encouraged to attend.
