A Bradford woman was flown to Olean General Hospital by Mercyflight helicopter after a two vehicle accident on Route 219 in Lewis Run Borough on Thursday at 3:45 PM.
Deana L. Hall, 42, of Bradford, PA, suffered moderate injuries according to Trooper Leslie Barr who investigated.
Amy L. Pierce, 30, of Lewis Run, PA, the other driver, was not hurt.
Trooper Barr said the crash occurred as Pierce was traveling south in a 2010 Dodge Charger on Route 219 and made a left turn to enter the Crosby Mini-Mart parking lot.
Hall was traveling north in a 2002 Jeep Liberty, was unable to avoid Pierce's Charger and struck it in the side in the northbound lane. Trooper Barr cited Pierce for a turning violation. Troopers were assisted at the scene by Lewis Run Fire Dept. and Bradford City EMS.
