C&N Announces Fourth Quarter Financials

WELLSBORO, PA – Citizens & Northern Corporation (C&N) announced its unaudited, consolidated financial results for the three-month and annual periods ended December 31, 2012.

Fourth quarter 2012 net income was $5,939,000, or $0.48 per basic and diluted share, as compared to $0.45 per share in the third quarter 2012 and $0.51 per share for the fourth quarter 2011. Annual net income for 2012 was $22,705,000, or $1.86 per basic share and $1.85 per diluted share, as compared to $1.92 per basic and diluted share in 2011.
