Cameron/Potter Beekeeping Association To Meet Tuesday, January 8th at 7:00 pm at the Pizza Palace in Emporium

The first meeting of the Cameron/Potter Beekeeping Association will be held on Tuesday, January 8th at 7:00 pm at the Pizza Palace in Emporium.

Joel Caldwell, an experienced beekeeper and a member of the PA State Beekeepers Association will be the host. Mr. Caldwell will assess the needs and expectations of all those in attendance in order to decide on goals for the local association. He will also distribute resource materials and provide important details about starting or supporting a beekeeping project in 2013. All interested beekeepers are welcome to attend this meeting.

Future meetings of the Cameron/Potter Beekeeping Association will be rotated between the Penn State Extension office in Coudersport and the Pizza Palace in Emporium. Anyone who is interested in beekeeping can call Sheila Gabreski at the Penn State Extension office – 274-8540 – or email srg22@psu.edu for more information.
