If everyone answered that question "NO", then you wouldn't need to worry about calling 911, there would be no one there to answer your call or save YOUR life. 911 personnel do an outstanding job of saving lives and averting tragic situations. One would only hope they have whatever technological information and equipment available to help them do their jobs.449
