atleast he wasn't driving!
really he was tired! better than driving a car.. anyways he was in his wheel chair.. So your saying you can't fall asleep where you want to if you been drinking? I guess everyone at camps or in your own back yard better watch out..
How in the hell can you be arrested for sleeping?
So I guess they Better arrest all the homeless people to that sleep on the streets this must be one of those new PSP that just got out of school a couple of weeks ago
people he was sited for DUI about a month ago and is quite the trouble maker when he drinks so don't feel bad for him he deserves it
Really? public drunkeness? wow. Do the cops have anything better to do? Cmon man!
First of all you must not know who you are talking about because he is neither in a wheelchair, or homeless. He is a father of two boys who are going to be very disappointed in their father if he doesn't get some help with this alcohol addiction. Todd, as with any father you are your childs hero. You need to start being one. You can stop feeling sorry for yourself at any time and decide you are going to beat this, be the man we know you can be and rise above this. Your boys are counting on you. Your life begins today.
Public drunkenness without a car/truck can cause accidents. Starring at someone passed out along the road is distracting and may cause accidents.
Actually, he wasn't sleeping. He was watching something. He pretended to be asleep so they wouldn't think he was looking or listening. Also he spilled some beer on himself accidently a few hours before the police came. He will have his day in court and this will all be straightened out. Todd you are a good guy - you just got to lay off spilling things.
