... Freezing rain occurring this morning...
Temperatures are below freezing in the valleys of the alleghenies
this morning. Very light rain has caused a glaze of ice to form on
many roads in the valleys. The temperatures are above freezing on
the hill tops... but travel will be very slippery in the valleys
through the morning.
The rain should disperse by noon or shortly after. The
temperatures will also warm above freezing in most places as
well... ending the threat of freezing rain.
