Illegally parked vehicle leads to a Driving While Intoxicated arrest
On Saturday, December 29, 2012 at 1:40 am Troopers Yehl and Rzepecki came upon an occupied, running vehicle parked on the wrong side of the road on Town Hill Road in the Town of Angelica.
Jodyna C. Hecker-Cody, 39, of Scottsville, New York was subsequently arrested for Driving While Intoxicated.
Hecker-Cody was issued tickets returnable to the Town of Angelica Court on January 17th, 2013 and released to a third party.
