Seems harsh. I know I know he shot a gun at cops but attempted murder???
Yesterday there was an article on here about a cop killing a guy and he was being hailed as a hero. And he MURDERED THE GUY!!!! This cat gets 40 to life for shooting in the direction of a cop....
He shot a gun at cops, what do you think he wanted?? To watch them dance, usually when you shoot a fire arm at a person it's usually to inflict a certain result, that result is usually to kill them. At least for any normal person, if you come to the point of discharging a fire are, you aren't doing it to start a conversation.
It was also in a high speed chase so I am sure it could have been to warn or flatten a tire. Anything! If he wanted to kill them he could have shot when he was STOPPED!
