Minor Injury In Rt. 120 Crash

A crash on Rt. 120 in Shippen Township on 12-21-1012 has been detailed by State Police at Emporium.

A 1999 Chevrolet Silverado dirven by a 17 year old ST. Marys girl lost control on snowy roads and started to fishtail. The vehicle went into a clockwise spin and impacted guide rails on the north side of the roadway, continued spinning and came to rest on Rt. 120.

The driver was not injured and her 15 year old female passenger suffered a minor injury, but did not require medical transport according to Trooper Eric Farabaugh who investigated.
