She is approximately 5’2” tall and has a small build. She has red hair and blue eyes. Devan was driving the pearl white 2013 Scion FR-S she is sitting on in the photo. She has a tattoo reading “every sinner has a story, every saint has a secret” on her upper left torso.

Police have found a dead body near Fisher where her cell phone was last pinged. Friends have posted on the facebook link above that it is Devan who was found. Police have not released information other than that a dead body was found at that location.

My cousin posted this morning on facebook rest in peace devan my cousin was a good friend of hers so prayers go out to the family
ACcording to the missing person site, a female body was found where they traced her cell phone ping to. It was said it was Her body.
