New Roulette Library and Recycling Hours

Effective immediately, the winter hours for the 
Roulette Library and Recycling will be as follows:

Monday thru Friday 9am - 4pm
Saturday and Sunday 9am - 5pm

Are you seriously going to sit there and anonybash the library now? A free service to the area? Did you ever think that maybe by closing early during the week would save on heat and electric in that old, uninsulated building? Remember they are short staffed and needed to come up with a way to facilitate that shortage? You people just aren't happy unless your miserable about something are you?

Instead of complaining about short/daytime hours, one could always donate ones time free of charge and staff the library or recycle center.
