No Injuries In Pickup Rollover On McCrea Brook Sunday

An Eldred man was unhurt when his 1999 Dodge Ram 1500 went into a ditch and rolled over onto it's roof on McCrea Brook Road in Ceres Township Sunday afternoon at 4:05 PM.

Tim E. Vaughn, 57, of Eldred, PA, was traveling east on McCrea Brook Road when he looked down to change a radio station, left the roadway and impacted a ditch, rolling onto it's roof, according to Trooper Daniel Woods of the Kane barracks who investigated.

Eldred Boro Fire Dept., Eldred Ambulance, and Dave Black's Towing assisted on the scene. Trooper Woods said a Careless Driving charge is pending against Vaughn. He was wearing a seat belt in the crash.

You are to be in control of your vehicle at all times. If you can't change your radio station without losing control of your car, then you should be fined.
