Police Officer Kyle Day arrived on location at 11:51 Thursday evening and reported the home to be fully involved. Fire units from Port and the surrounding areas have been summoned to assist. The State Police Fire Marshall has been called in to assist me with the investigation. At this time the fire is undetermined. We are conducting interviews and have a person of interest in questioning at this time. The home at 19 Railroad Avenue is a total loss.
The home owner is Tracey Robuck of Port Allegany.
Tenants in the home are Perry Green, Bobbie Fuller and children.
All tenants in the house hold were able to get out safely.

I heard the person living there did it himself in a drunken rage. Hope he goes to jail for a long time.
