It's such a nice house & so nicely remodeled. I just hope the next tenants take better care of it then the last ones.
I don't see where there is any need to bring the last tenants in to this.
Post 4:55, and why not pray tell? No pun intended. It sure needed A LOT of work in order for someone else to live in it !!! Someone had to trash it. In fact some of the repair was supposed to be paid for by the last tennants, so we've heard. As far as I know no money has been paid. Blame has to lie somewhere, right? That house didn't distruct all by itself, after they moved out.Blame goes where blame belongs.
