Police Investigate Broken Car Window

State Police investigated an incident in which a driver's side front window on a vehicle was broken as the victim traveled from Coudersport to Ulysses on Rt. 49.

Trooper Kyle Butler said the incident occurred on January 18th at 10:58 am as Robert S. Dunn was driving on Rt. 49. An investigation revealed that an unknown suspect threw a small piece of metal, which struck the vehicle and was believed to be responsible for the broken window.

Now who would be in that area ( The Ulysses Saw Mill) to throw a piece of metal?

I think this needs further investigation before someone is injured or even killed!
